Anyone Else Upgrading Their Home Matchday Space?

I've been thinking about making my home setup a little better for watching United matches, especially when a few friends come over for the bigger games. The TV and seating are already sorted, but I'm considering making some changes to the room itself.

One thing I'm looking at is replacing the old floor because it has taken quite a beating from years of use. Since people are usually eating, drinking, and moving chairs around during matches, I'd prefer something that is easy to clean and can handle regular traffic without making the room feel too formal.

I came across the term Luxury Vinyl Flooring in Austin, TX while looking at flooring options and was surprised by how many different styles are available. Has anyone here upgraded the flooring or general décor in their home matchday room? I'm curious what changes actually made the biggest difference to the atmosphere without turning the room into a full renovation project.
